Take away the obvious big thing which is sleep, and let’s be reasonable, 8 hours a day is probably not going to happen but 7, how does that sound? 168 (total hours) minus 49 (sleep) equals 119. 119 (remaining hours) minus 80 (working hours) equals 39. 39 divided by 7 (days) equals 5.5hours left per day.
